    Smitten's ice cream just hits different at night after shopping or dinner at Santana Row. I love watching my ice cream being made fresh. My go-to flavors are the Cookie Dough Pretzels or the Brookies and Cream, both are delicious!

    Food: Hand turned, soft serve style, with generous portions. Cookie dough was soft and flavorful. Pretzels had a nice crunch. Chocolate chips tasted rich and sweet. Amazing ice cream. Ambiance: Clean store front. Friendly staff. You walk up, order, take it to go, or eat in the park & seating area right in front. Parking: There's a parking structure across the street that has plenty of parking if you get there early and a little challenging to find a spot later in the day.

    Some of the creamiest ice cream that I have had in a while. The brown sugar banana with the fresh house made strawberry was the perfect combo for a perfect day in Santana Row. 1 scoop in a cup was perfect and the wait was not long at all. The quality of this ice cream is really hard to compare to any other ice cream shops in the area. Definitely one of my favorites

    The toddler wanted ice cream, so of course we came to Smitten! I used to frequent the one in SF Hayes a lot back in the day. The little one enjoyed watching the strawberry cream ice cream get made and seeing all the "steam." Came on a Sunday morning and we were their first customer right when they opened at 12 noon! Located conveniently next to restaurants and a small grassy area with lots of outdoor seating. There were some people playing/singing live music on the stage there as well. Solid ice cream and great location!
